Dr. Gylton Da Matta brings together international coaching experience, championship-level playing experience, and advanced sports science education to help young athletes grow in skill and confidence.

A three-time Brazilian national volleyball champion, Dr. Da Matta has coached professionally in Spain and at the collegiate level in the United States. He holds a Ph.D. in Sports Pedagogy and Motor Learning and completed postdoctoral research at the University of Barcelona.

As the founder of Alliance YOSA, his mission is to bring purposeful, research-informed volleyball instruction and positive athlete development to Northern Colorado.
