Photo & Video Media Release

I authorize Alliance YOSA Volleyball and its representatives to photograph and/or record my athlete during YOSA practices, clinics, camps, tournaments, events, and other program activities. I grant Alliance YOSA Volleyball permission to use these photographs and recordings for legitimate promotional and marketing purposes, including the YOSA website, social media channels, digital and printed marketing materials, advertisements, and other communications promoting Alliance YOSA Volleyball and its programs.

I understand that photographs and video may include individual or group images and that I will not receive compensation for their use.

I am the athlete's parent/legal guardian and I have read and agree to the Photo & Video Media Release.
